Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a technology company site in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves overnight shifts (11pm–7am, Fri–Mon) and on-site patrols to safeguard people and property. Candidates should hold an active CA Guard Card and have 1+ year of security experience with strong tech skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Active CA Guard Card is required.
• Use of personal electronic devices while on duty is prohibited.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
