Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5+ years of verifiable experience.
• Guard card licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• No prior experience required.
• Be 18+ (21+ if armed) where applicable.
• Reliable and adaptable to different post assignments.
• Operate radio/console monitors effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols on foot or in vehicle in designated areas.
• Observe for security concerns or hazards and address them.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire when needed.
• Warn violators and control access to property.
• Monitor entrances/exits and authorize entries.
• Record incidents in written logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
