Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses as appropriate.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, and perimeter to identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization, directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoffs per site requirements.
