Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to safeguard guests, staff, and property in a fast-paced luxury resort setting. The role supports 24-hour security operations, patrols public and employee areas, and enforces health and safety policies.

Candidates must have the required credentials and be able to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include managing access, answering inquiries, and monitoring entrances to prevent theft and ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum one year security or related work is preferred.
• Ability to Read and Write English.
• Guard Card as defined in HRS section 463-10.5 (aka Act 208).
• First-Aid, CPR, and AED Certificate required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Circulate among guest, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. Allowing entrance to areas in which guests and employees are authorized.
• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information to guests and patrons.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Overnight Security Officer

The Security department is active 24 hours a day and is responsible of the day to day patrolling of public and employee areas ensuring that losses from whatever source and by whatever means are minimized, security policies maintained and Health and Safety regulations observed. Security Officers serve as a deterrent and prevention. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Security Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information to guests and patrons.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum one year security or related work is preferred
• Ability to Read and Write English
