Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks an In Room Dining Server to deliver guest orders with knowledge of food and beverage, ensuring pristine presentation and timely service. The role reports to the In Room Dining Management Team and requires US work authorization at application.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, describing items, and maintaining room service areas. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and the ability to read and speak English.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Strong customer service mindset and clear communication.
• Holds Hawaii Food Handler’s Card and Maui Liquor Card, TB clearance, ServSafe is a plus.

In Room Dining Server

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the In Room Dining Management Team.Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.

What You Will Bring

• Able to read and speak English.

• Maui Liquor Card
• Tuberculosis Clearance
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
