Job summary

ofi North America (Olam Food Ingredients) in Las Cruces, NM, is seeking a sanitation associate to support sanitation operations across production areas. You will follow SOPs, uphold Food Safety and GMP standards, and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

This on-site role requires the ability to stand long shifts, climb ladders, wear PPE, and communicate effectively with supervisors. We value reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor and will take sanitation direction from the Sanitation Lead. Must be able to work in a variety of areas as needed.

Position Responsibilities

• Ability to follow Sanitation SOP’s as written
• Must adhere to all Food Safety, GMP, and Sanitation rules
• Able to follow directions and perform other tasks as requested

Position Requirements

• Must be able to work 8 to 12-hour shifts depending on assigned tasks
• Ability to read and complete all paperwork associated with the hiring process, safety procedures and job duties
• Attention to detail and instruction provided on the job
• Work in a team setting and coordinate with team members daily
• Will be required to demonstrate good verbal communication with supervisors
