Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good math skills for handling cash and shift reports
• Ability to understand POS systems and basic store operations

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and sales support
• Prepare and maintain food items and beverages per recipes and standards
• Promote Crosby’s Rewards and assist enrollment
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and follow safety procedures
• Process transactions and handle refunds accurately
• Balance register at end of shift and report discrepancies over $5
