Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 18 years or older preferred
• Previous experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and shift reports
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification
• Familiar with lottery, POS systems
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Demonstrate company values: Honesty, Trust, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Accountability
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and assist with stocking
• Handle cash transactions and balance register at end of shift
• Protect company assets and prevent loss
