Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment throughout every shift.

You’ll assist with sales, food preparation, and promoting rewards programs while upholding safety, cash handling, and store standards. Overnight shifts include a $1.50 differential between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to reward overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling.
• Familiarity with POS systems and lottery operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
