Crosby’s Stores is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience across shifts. You’ll help with daily operations, food prep, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment while supporting sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities include providing prompt service, handling transactions, promoting My Crosby’s Rewards, and working with a close-knit team to uphold store standards and company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and reports.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Experience with point of sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
