Crosby’s Stores is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience, maintain a clean, safe store, and support sales and profitability goals. Overnight shifts include a $1.50 differential from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities include prompt service, cash handling, POS transactions, and promoting Crosby’s Rewards while working with a close-knit team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Process transactions and refunds accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Support sales and profitability goals.
• Follow all company policies and dress code.
