Job summary
Woodbury Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our overnight leadership team. The role supports the Director of Nursing and provides guidance to licensed nurses and nursing assistants to ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient resident care.
The RN Supervisor will maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, respond to clinical issues promptly, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to uphold facility
Qualifications
- Active NYS RN license
- 1+ year LTAC RN Supervisor experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support nursing staff during the overnight shift
- Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with facility standards
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements
- Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and performance support
- Respond to resident needs and clinical issues promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams
