Job summary

Garden City Healthcare Center in Modesto, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Per Diem NOC shift. This overnight role supervises nursing staff and delivers direct care in a skilled nursing setting. The position offers pay ranging from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour (DOE) and may include weekend shifts.

Required qualifications: California RN license, CPR, and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care. PCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Current California RN license.
• Current CPR certification. PCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including medications and treatments on the NOC shift.
• Supervise nursing staff and assist DON/ADON with shift oversight.
• Maintain documentation and ensure infection control and safety procedures.
