Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including meds and treatments.
• Monitor residents and notify physicians/families as needed.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents per care plans.
• Ensure accurate nursing documentation and reports.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with care planning and discharge planning.
