Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Leadership Functions: Assist the DON/ADON with oversight of nursing services during the NOC shift and ensure policy compliance.
• Personnel & Supervision: Ensure adequate RN/LVN and CNA staffing, supervise staff, conduct rounds for quality care.
• Nursing Care Functions: Provide direct nursing care, including medications and treatments, monitor changes, and assist with care planning and discharge planning.
• Safety, Infection Control & Equipment: Ensure infection control standards, equipment maintenance, and reporting of hazards.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Assist with overall supervision of nursing staff during the shift and uphold delegated accountability.
