Garden City Healthcare Center in Modesto, CA requires a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time NOC shift to supervise and provide direct overnight nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. The RN ensures quality care and supports safe, effective nighttime operations.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with CA RN license, CPR certification, and prior SNF experience; PCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active California RN license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing services during the NOC shift and maintain quality care.
• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to physicians/families as needed.
• Complete documentation and incident reports; ensure infection control and safety procedures.
