ERC Pathlight is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse for overnight PRN shifts at our Bellevue, WA residential facility. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team delivering coordinated medical care, with on-call shifts and cross-site coverage at Pathlight in Seattle as needed.

You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, administer treatments and medications, supervise licensed staff, participate in team meetings, and respond to emergencies, all while upholding patient confidentiality and

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state where the position is held.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Minimum 1 year in mental health care is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform a full range of nursing services including assessment, care planning, treatment administration, and evaluating patient response.
• Conduct initial intake assessment and discharge education.
• Place and manage provider orders; administer medications as directed.
• Conduct phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point-of-care testing.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.
• Attend team meetings and document patient progress.
• Mentor new nursing staff and respond to emergencies.
