Job summary

ERC Pathlight is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time overnight shifts (1830-0700) in Maryland. You will provide coordinated nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support a therapeutic patient milieu within our ERC Pathlight system.

The role emphasizes evidence-based, compassionate care and adherence to established standards. Must have active RN license in the state, BLS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in the state where the position is held.
Basic Life Support certification required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
1 year+ experience working with patients in mental health (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide coordinated medical and clinical nursing care for assigned patients.
Partner with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
Deliver nursing care in alignment with standards, policies, and procedures.
Work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
Document care in the electronic medical record and supervise licensed staff.
Participate in treatment planning and progress discussions.
