Job summary

Eating Recovery Center Pathlight is hiring a Registered Nurse for PRN overnight shifts in our Bellevue, WA facility. The RN will provide coordinated nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure safety and quality patient care in alignment with policy and standards.

Required WA RN license, Basic Life Support, and strong communication. The role may involve on-call shifts and potential work at Pathlight in Seattle as needed.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license (required).
• Basic Life Support certification (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations (required).
• Ability to protect patient confidentiality (required).
• 1+ year in mental health with patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full nursing care, including assessment, care planning, treatment administration, and evaluating patient response.
• Perform initial intake and discharge education.
• Administer medications via various routes per policy.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point-of-care testing.
• Manage enteral feeding and IV access; provide wound care.
• Document care in the EMR and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs/LVNs and BH Techs.
• Participate in team meetings and progress reviews.
• Mentor new staff and respond to emergencies as needed.
