Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coordinated medical and clinical care within our treatment system. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care and maintain a therapeutic milieu for all patients, including overnight shifts.

Active RN license in-state and BLS certification are required, with strong communication, composure under stress, and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in state position is held.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Minimum 1 year working with patients in mental health (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated medical and clinical nursing care per treatment plan.
• Lead with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a consistently therapeutic milieu for all patients.
• Work across the ERC Pathlight system with flexibility for overnight shifts.
• Complete documentation and supervise support staff as needed.
• Respond to emergency situations until EMS arrives.
