Job summary

ERC Pathlight, a leading mental health treatment provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated medical and clinical nursing care across its system. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu for all patients.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, medication administration, phlebotomy, feeding, IV care, wound care, and documentation in the EMR, while mentoring junior staff and supporting EMS on emergency

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state where the role is held.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• 1 year+ experience in mental health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a full range of nursing services including assessment, care planning, administering treatment, and evaluating patient response.
• Initial intake assessment of new patients and discharge education.
• Administers medications per policy and provider orders.
• Places nasogastric tubes and manages enteral feeding.
• Manages IV access and IV fluids; performs wound care.
• Documents care in the electronic medical record and coordinates with the treatment team.
• Supervises and delegates care to licensed practical/vocational nurses.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and planning.
