Job summary

The Registered Nurse role at ERC Pathlight in Denver is a full-time overnight position (6:00pm–6:30am) at the adult inpatient facility. You will deliver coordinated medical and clinical nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.

Active Colorado RN license and BLS certification are required; you must communicate effectively, stay calm under pressure, and maintain patient confidentiality. On-call shifts may apply; on-site collaboration with clinicians, support staff, and leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (Required).
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (Required).
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (Required).
• Colorado RCCF policy requires staff to be at least 21 years old or 18 with supervision (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of nursing services: assessment, care planning, treatment administration, and evaluating patient response.
• Perform intake assessments, discharge education, and process orders per ERCP policy.
• Administer medications and manage IVs, wound care, phlebotomy, and specimen handling.
• Document care and supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses and behavioral health technicians.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and participate in treatment planning and progress meetings.
• Respond to emergencies and support EMS/911 when needed.
