Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota (MN).

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight clinical vigilance: Monitor patient status throughout the night and ensure patient safety.
• Provide a comprehensive assessment: Collect and analyze data to establish a baseline and track response to treatment.
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop a 24-hour plan of care and ensure continuity of care.
• Develop and implement nursing interventions using evidence-based practice.
• Execute provider orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead patient care teams by delegating tasks to support staff during the overnight shift.
