Job summary

Methodist Hospital, part of HealthPartners, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the MedSurg Float Pool. The RN will manage patient care, coordinate withCaregivers and staff, and contribute to safe, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an RN license in Minnesota and an associate, BSN or master’s degree in Nursing, with BSN preferred within 2 years. Overnight 12-hour shifts with every third weekend are offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master's degree program in Nursing. BSN preferred and typically obtained within 2 years of hire.
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
• BLS provider status in accordance with AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the MedSurg Float Pool as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise care delivered by Nursing Assistants and other staff.
• Help ensure safe, quality health care and patient/family experience.
