Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited professional nursing education program.
• Active RN license in Minnesota (MN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight clinical vigilance and monitor patient status throughout the night.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and update health baselines.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to coordinate 24-hour plan of care.
• Develop and implement independent nursing interventions based on evidence-based practice.
• Execute provider orders accurately and timely.
• Lead nursing tasks and assignments to support staff during the overnight shift.
