Job summary

The Clare in Chicago is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts in our Skilled Nursing Care Unit. The position runs on a block schedule 6:30pm to 7am, 3 days per week with rotating weekend duties, delivering compassionate care in a luxury residential community.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, supervising CNAs, admissions/discharges, and accurate charting while adhering to federal, state and local standards.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Illinois.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Manages admissions, transfers and discharges of residents.
• Administers medications and treatments and maintains charting per standards and policies.
• Maintains a high standard of resident care.
• Responds to crises and calls for assistance.
• Supports nursing service philosophy through quality care.
