Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living at Warrenton is seeking a dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for a part-time overnight position in Warrenton, VA. The role supports residents in a 35-apartment, 41-bed community, with a schedule from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

on Mondays and alternating weekends, delivering compassionate care. Responsibilities include medication administration, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring resident conditions, accurate documentation, and ensuring residents

Qualifications

• Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Experience in assisted living or senior living preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and Virginia requirements.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while supporting their dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Document medication administration and resident care accurately.
• Help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for overnight.
