Spring Oak seeks a compassionate Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our Assisted Living team. You will administer medications accurately, assist with daily living activities, and monitor residents’ conditions while collaborating with the nursing team.

• Ability to administer medications safely and accurately

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
