Job summary

SAS Retail Services is hiring an Overnight Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate store teams, conduct audits, and ensure client standards are met. You will work closely with Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to achieve objectives.

The role requires safeguarding stock, signage, and schematics, while managing expenses and delivering timely reports. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred; 4 years retail experience including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple duties.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word, Excel, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete retail projects.
• Ensure products are fully stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics; maintain client objectives.
• Establish client relationships and manage appointments; monitor expenses within budget.
• Provide accurate administration, reporting, and coaching to direct reports.
