Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Retail Supervisor to lead and coach store teams, ensuring client standards and optimal in-store execution. The role focuses on merchandising, audits, and driving sales across assigned territories.

You will audit stores, manage merchandising, and collaborate with Business Development Managers to meet goals. Requirements include 4 years retail experience, 2 years supervisory, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple duties with changing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Communicate, administer and coach direct reports effectively.
