• Ensure adherence to SOPs, provide training and guidance as needed.
• Maintain visual presentations, signage, planograms, and daily recovery of the sales floor.
• Overnight replenishment from backstock, DCs, and vendors; support inventory counts and UPC integrity.
• Assist in staffing, interviewing, and scheduling; manage performance and employee relations.
