Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead the Outfitters on the overnight shift in our Lawrenceville store, directing replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets and price changes to maintain a ready, appealing shopping environment.

You will delegate tasks, ensure adherence to procedures, coordinate with Inventory Control for cycle counts, assist with special events, train and coach associates, schedule staff, and safeguard compliance with state and local rules while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 retail years experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct and delegate tasks to Outfitters overnight.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and provide coaching as needed.
• Oversee nightly replenishment and price changes.
• Support inventory counts and backstock flow.
• Coordinate special events and maintain displays and pricing.
