Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead the overnight Outfitters team in our Kentucky store. You will direct replenishment, ensure merchandise presentation and price integrity, and support inventory controls across the shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating special events, training staff, and maintaining a productive, customer-focused environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Reads and analyzes reports; presents information clearly to managers and staff.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Experience with inventory control systems and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs overnight Outfitters with clear instructions and follow-up.
• Maintain signage, planograms, pricing and merchandise presentation.
• Oversee nightly replenishment from backstock and DC/vendor deliveries.
• Support inventory counts and ticketing accuracy with the Inventory Control team.
• Coordinate special events and maintain pricing/UPC integrity.
• Assist with staffing, performance feedback, and training.
