Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to direct Outfitters on the overnight shift in our Nashville-area store. Responsibilities include replenishment, merchandising, price changes, and inventory coordination to ensure an optimal shopping experience.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail experience, the ability to work overnights, and strong leadership and communication skills to motivate the team and maintain standards across the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in retail experience.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and monitor execution on the overnight shift.
• Maintain store standards and planograms.
• Overnight replenishment from backstock and DCs.
• Support inventory counts and UPC integrity.
• Coordinate special events and pricing accuracy.
• Staff supervision, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
