Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to direct Outfitters during the overnight shift, focusing on replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory control. You will work under the Management team to ensure accurate pricing and proper display execution.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail, availability for overnight shifts, and strong leadership to maintain a productive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2–4 retail years preferred.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and ensure proper execution.
• Train and guide team members on SOPs.
• Maintain store visual standards and signage; manage planograms.
• Overnight replenishment from backstock and DCs.
• Support inventory counts and UPC integrity during off-peak hours.
• Coordinate special events and pricing as directed.
• Staffing and performance management activities in line with policy.
