Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead Outfitters during the overnight shift, directing replenishment, merchandising, and price changes. You will collaborate with the Management team to ensure inventory integrity and a productive, customer-focused environment.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail experience and the ability to manage backstock, planograms, and nightly resets while coaching associates and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and analyze reports.
• Ability to present information and respond to inquiries from managers, Outfitters, customers and the public.
• Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure proper execution.
• Maintain visual presentation standards, signage, and planograms.
• Oversee nightly replenishment from backstock, DC, and vendor deliveries.
• Support inventory management with counts, scanning, and display integrity checks.
• Coordinate Special Events, pricing integrity, assortments and UPC accuracy.
• Assist in staffing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure breaks and lunches comply with regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
