Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development, and coaching for success.
• Identifies talent and plans staffing to support store operations and leadership pipelines.
• Engages in candid discussions to ensure Meijer standards and growth opportunities.
• Oversees area operations and financial results, driving budgeted P&L items and productivity.
• Drives safety and compliance, and manages store condition and procedures.
