Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, CO is seeking a personable Restaurant Server to join our team. You will warmly greet guests, take beverage orders, and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

This full-time role offers a 3rd shift schedule, competitive hourly pay with tips, flexible dining options, and growth opportunities across our four restaurants while ensuring guest satisfaction and a warm, memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment; familiar with food service regulations (preferred).
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 45 lbs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays; pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, seat them, and promptly serve drinks.
• Take and enter beverage orders into the system quickly, and make informed recommendations about food and beverages.
• Provide exceptional service by checking on guests, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns or issues, escalating to management if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including clearing and setting tables efficiently.
• Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures, complete side work assignments, and perform other duties as assigned.
