Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Server for the overnight shift to warmly greet guests, take beverage orders, and deliver timely, friendly service in a luxury gaming resort.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to understand and convey information clearly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, seat them, and promptly serve drinks.
• Take and enter beverage orders into the system and make informed recommendations.
• Provide exceptional service by checking on guests and refilling drinks; escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including clearing and setting tables.
