Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk, located just west of Denver, seeks a Restaurant Server for our third shift overnight. You will warmly greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

Starting wage is $12.14 per hour plus tips, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k). Must be at least 18 and able to pass background checks; flexibility to work weekends and holidays is

Qualifications

Excellent guest service and communication; fluent in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old; flexible to work all shifts, weekends, holidays; pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests, seat them, and promptly serve drinks.
Take and enter beverage orders into the system quickly, and make informed recommendations about food and beverages.
Provide exceptional service by checking on guests, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns or issues, escalating to management if needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including clearing and setting tables efficiently.
Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures, complete side work assignments, and perform other duties as assigned.
