Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Security II Officer to help ensure the safety of guests and employees, deter crime, and respond promptly to incidents. You will be the first line of support for guests and staff, patrolling the property, and maintaining a secure environment throughout the night.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a guest-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

Qualifications

• Two years of hotel or retail experience with high customer contact preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and under pressure.
• Familiar with safety and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with directions and guidance to resort facilities.
• Act as first responder to accidents or injuries and contact emergency services when required.
• Patrol the resort to ensure safety of guests, employees and assets; address hazards.
• Identify and engage suspicious individuals to maintain orderly operations.
• Dispatch calls and coordinate with Security Services as needed.
