Justice Resource Institute Inc in Dracut, MA is seeking an Overnight Residential Counselor to support latency-aged youth in a group home setting during the night shift. You will maintain safety, provide therapeutic support, and model coping skills while working with our clients.

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients that specializes intraumainformed care.Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Schedules Available

Schedule 1 includes the following alternating A/B weeks: A Schedule includes Sunday through Wednesday, 10PM-8AM (Week A is 40hrs). B Schedule includes Sunday-Tuesday 10PM-8AM and Wednesday staff meeting from 12PM-2PM (Week B is 32hrs).

Schedule 2 includes the following alternating A/B weeks: A Schedule includes Thursday through Saturday, 10PM-8AM and Wednesday staff meeting from 12PM-2PM (Week A is 32hrs). B Schedule includes Wednesday through Saturday 10PM-8AM (Week B is 40hrs).

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of youth that we serve.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients!
