Job summary

Centre For Neuro Skills in Webster, TX seeks an Overnight Residential Shift Supervisor-Licensed Vocational Nurse to supervise Neuro Rehabilitation Specialists, supervise care plans, and support patient treatment programs at the residential site.

This full-time night role requires RN or LVN licensure, CPR, First Aid, and Pro-ACT; a strong organizer with clinical confidence is essential. Work Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm, with some weekend and on-call duties, to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• RN license or LVN licensure required.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and Pro-ACT certifications required or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conducts rounds of patient apartments to monitor and supervise care.
• Administers or supervises medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintains medical records and documents nursing observations.
• Identifies family concerns and communicates with staff and supervisors.
