Job summary

Centre for Neuro Skills in Irving, TX is seeking a part-time Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide professional nursing care in the clinic and at residential sites. You will work under supervision to administer medications and support patients in achieving independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse with current TX license.
• Experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per facility policies.
• Conducts visits to residential sites to assess status and administer or supervise medications.
• Performs procedures and treatments within LVN scope.
• Supports on-call shifts and adjusts to patient census and staffing needs.
• Ensures patient safety and documents treatments and responses.
• Transfers patients safely using approved techniques.
