Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Overnight Weekend Supervisor LPN/RN to provide direct nursing care for residents and supervise CNAs and other nursing staff. The role includes monitoring performance, education, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards within the Center.

The position emphasizes administrative duties, policy adherence, shift planning, and participation in quality assurance to maintain high-quality resident care standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing staff in accordance with current rules and guidelines of the Center.
• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the Center.
• Periodically review department policies, procedures, and job descriptions; make recommendations for revisions.
• Provide discipline and evaluations of CNAs and nursing personnel in line with current rules and guidelines.
• Meet with staff to plan shifts’ services, programs, and activities.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and followed by nursing staff.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations about shift activities as required.
• Coordinate with resident services to maintain the resident’s total care plan and discharge planning.
