Job summary

CNS is seeking an Overnight Residential Shift Supervisor-Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care at the residential site in Webster, TX. The role emphasizes supervision of staff, patient education, and adherence to care plans in a demanding overnight schedule.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN or LVN license in Texas, have rehabilitation experience, and possess CPR, First Aid, and Pro-ACT certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN licensure in state employed is required.
• Experience in general rehabilitation is preferred.
• Must maintain CPR, First Aid, and Pro-ACT Certifications. Clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and supervise Neuro Rehabilitation Specialists at the residential site.
• Educate patients and staff on programs; prioritize nursing and supervisory tasks per shift.
• Administer and supervise medications, perform routine vital signs, and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain and update medical records and communicate progress to the Nursing Department and families.
