Job summary
Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Residential Instructor to support youth with neurological and behavioral needs. You will guide groups, assist with daily living activities, and help implement individualized behavior plans in a collaborative team.
The role is overnight (4x10-hour shifts) with full-time benefits, PTO and 403(b) matching. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; candidates with Human Services education or experience are encouraged to
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred with 12 credits in Human Services.
- Two years of residential experience or equivalent combination.
- Be a parent of a child 7+ years old.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Work with youth on groups and recreational activities and behavior plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Help develop coping mechanisms and relationship skills.
- Provide a positive, trusted role model in a team setting.
