Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a high school diploma.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with 12 credits in Human Services required.
• Two years of residential experience or an equivalent combination.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist youth with daily living activities and behavior plans.
• Conduct groups and recreational activities for clients.
• Be a trusted, role-model team member in a supportive environment.
