Job summary
Easterseals NH is seeking a 2nd Shift Residential Instructor to support youth with neurological or psychological disabilities. You will lead groups and recreational activities, implement behavior plans, and act as a trusted role model in a team setting.

Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree with 12+ credits in Human Services
- Minimum 2 years of residential experience
- Combination of Human Service coursework and experience totaling 2 years
- Parent of a child 7+ years
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Lead groups and recreational activities for youth.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and behavior plans.
- Support development of coping skills and relationship-building in a team setting.
