Job summary

Stevens Treatment Programs is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide steady, reliable support for youth in a trauma-informed residential setting. You will mentor adolescents, collaborate with clinicians and educators, and implement individualized treatment plans in daily routines and activities.

The role emphasizes building trust, coping skills, and resilience, with opportunities to work on crisis response and ongoing youth development in a structured team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Successful background check (EEC).
• Experience with adolescents or special populations preferred, but not required.

The Role

As a Residential Counselor, you are a steady, reliable presence in a young person's life. You'll mentor, guide, and support youth through daily routines, challenges, and milestones- helping them build trust, confidence, and coping skills that last far beyond their time in our care.

You'll work alongside clinicians and educators to bring individualized treatment plans to life in meaningful, practical ways.

Schedule Options

• Full-Time: 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
• Relief / Fill-In Opportunities Available 8am-4pm / 2pm-10pm & Shorter Shifts Available

Compensation

• $19.50 - $21.50/hour (based on experience, education, and schedule)
• +1.00/hour for bilingual Spanish fluency
• Up to +1.00/hour additional for medication administration
• Holiday pay
